Refund Policy – 3-Day Refund on Initial Purchase

Our Refund Policy allows for refunds within 3 days of your initial purchase, given specific conditions. We’ll first do everything we can to help resolve your issue; if we are unable to address the problem, then we’ll issue a refund within the 3-day window.

Conditions for Refund Eligibility

Please note that our Refund Policy does not cover cases of simply changing your mind after purchase. We highly recommend purchasing a 36-hour trial to test our service before committing to a full subscription. This way, you can ensure our IPTV service meets your expectations and requirements before making a long-term commitment.

Please remember: our 36-hour trial is non-refundable, as this option is designed to help you experience our service firsthand. Additionally, refunds are not provided for automatic recurring payments. If you wish to cancel an automatic renewal, you may submit a cancellation request through your account or remove your payment method from the account file.

How to Request a Refund

If you qualify under our Refund Policy and wish to request a refund, please follow these steps within 3 days of your initial purchase:

  2. Submit a Ticket: Send us a ticket with your refund request and a brief reason for the refund.
  3. Include Your Invoice Number: Make sure to provide your invoice number to help us process your request quickly.

Our Refund Policy encourages feedback to help us improve our services. If the 3-day period has passed and you encounter issues, you can still reach out to us anytime via a ticket on your account page.
